Khalid Memon Openly Challenges both Habib Bank Limited Pakistan and the Aga Khan Fund for Economic Development to any forum anytime, anyplace and anywhere to prove that Khalid Memon is a loan defaulter or a guarantor in the Habib Bank Thatta Agriculture Loan Suit Nos: (1) 5323 of 2008, (2) 5324 of 2008 & (3) 5325 of 2008. To prove that Khalid Memon is not the owner of the mortgaged land. On the other hand, Khalid Memon will prove beyond any doubt that he is the owner and has never been a guarantor in the three cases mentioned above. Khalid will prove that Habib Bank staff have tampered, forged and altered the loan documents and have targeted, defamed, harassed and maligned his good name. Habib Bank have carried on with this charade for 10 years now and have even hoodwinked the Banking court and have committed perjury.
Khalid Memon Openly Challenges Habib Bank to show the Original Loan Documents on any forum or the soon to be held Press Conference in Karachi. And this Challenge also goes out to the owners, the much august and esteemed organization, the Aga Khan Foundation for Economic Development (AKFED) who despite knowing the full details of this sordid affair and fully aware of the fraud and forgery committed by their bank, are aiding and abetting in the crime.
Even though the website details every possible proof of Khalid Memon’s innocence in this matter and of Habib Bank’s guilt, to the extent that this matter was reported and published on the front page of Daily Juraat on 19 December 2008, letters and emails sent to the Aga Khan Secretariat in France, Habib Bank and AKFED have not disputed or reacted to any of these allegations. Skeletons in the Cupboard, perhaps!!
