Once again, Barzeen Pajnigara (aka Burzin and Burzeen), a Pakistani National holding Government of Pakistan, National Identity Card/Overseas Pakistanis # 423018-740114-3, presently residing in Cooksville area, Ontario, Canada and owner of S M Trading House Inc 1118 Fleet St Mississauga, Ontario L5H 3P7 Canada, a one-third shareholder of a Fish Farm in Pakistan, in connivance with his partner Dhani Bux Jatoi, a resident of Hyderabad, Sindh, Pakistan, is trying to rob me of my share of the profits. Barzeen Pajnigara was supposed to visit Pakistan in December 2010 but has postponed his visit several times. This was a ploy for his partner Dhani Bux to secretly harvest the millions of rupees worth of fish and deprive me of my share for the ninth year running. I became wise to their plans as my staff reported harvesting preparation and activities even though the Jatoi Clan had promised a status quo until the dispute was resolved. My men were threatened and fired upon by gunmen hired by Dhani Bux Jatoi and Barzeen Pajnigara. It has been confirmed by people within the Jatoi’s that Barzeen is playing a major part in these Terrorist like activities and egging Dhani Bux to resort to violence and deprive me of my due share of the profits. It is quite clear that Barzeen has held a grudge against me from the start and this has turned into hostility since I highlighted his excesses on the net.
As such this dispute has turned into a full scale war and a complaint (FIR) was registered against Dhani Bux and Burzeen’s hired mercenaries and terrorists at the Sujawal Police Station, Thatta, Sindh.
I appeal to all the Government Agencies in Canada to take notice that a resident of their country, Barzeen (aka Burzin and Burzeen) Pajnigara is involved in TERRORIST like activities in Pakistan by remote. There is enough proof of what I have stated on this website plus the additional documents that I have in my possession. Barzeen and Dhani Bux have over 50 men entrenched all around the Fish Farm and fire upon anyone that dares enter their domain. Even the local police are unable to go against these terrorists.During my visit to the farms last month, I was stopped and then directly fired upon by the terrorists hired by Dhani Bux Jatoi and Burzeen Pajnigara. A case is soon to be filed against both for attempted murder.
